The ReStore couldn't exist without the help of volunteers. Please consider giving some of your time to help this worthy project. Your efforts will help Habitat for Humanity make a difference in the lives of Winona County residents.  Volunteers receive a 10% discount on Restore merchandise and may earn other discounts based on the amount of time they volunteer.  We are looking volunteers in the following areas:

ReStore donations vehicle driver
•The ReStore needs volunteers to drive our donations pick-up vehicle one or two days a week usually for 2-4 hours. Sometimes you will need to assist in loading donated materials into the donations vehicle, so the ability to safely lift 50 lbs is desired.

ReStore in-store volunteers
•The ReStore is always looking for volunteers to work in the store.  ReStore positions are often posted on our Sign-Up calendar.

Cashier
•Chat with customers in a friendly and helpful manner
•Respond to customer questions
•Operate cash register

Customer Service
•Assist customers in locating materials and answering other questions
•Clean up of specific aisles or areas
•Stocking and straightening shelves

Donation Processing
•Have fun with others while receiving product from the dock.
•Verify donor contact information and product specs for tracking
•Assist driver with pick ups as needed
•Maintain receiving area

Office Assistant
•Working with paid staff to track donations and marketing
•Taking phone calls
•Skilled and unskilled computer work
