Meet the Two Partner Families in Rushford

Chad and Annie Bybee were recently accepted as a partner family to own a Habitat for Humanity home. They moved to Rushford eight years ago from the Washington-state area.

Annie works at Judy’s Country Kitchen in Peterson and Chad works for Primera Foods Corporation. They have three children; Lenora, Robert and Uriah. All the kids are involved in bible quizzing and look forward to having a dog at the new home. As a family they enjoy bow hunting, camping, hiking, fishing and being outdoors.

Lenora is very active in school and church. She plays the drums as well as the keyboard at church and plays volleyball, runs track and is involved with the drama club at school. Lenora is thankful for this opportunity to build a new house with Habitat for Humanity because she will have a new room.

Robert and Uriah are excited to be moving closer to the football field and having a bigger yard to run around in. They both enjoy many sports, especially football. They have told their friends that they won’t be able to play as much this summer because they will be busy building their new house.

The Bybees attend Root River Community Church in Rushford and are excited and thankful to the Lord for the opportunity to finally own a home.

Nick Corcoran and Danielle Dailey both grew up in Rushford, MN. Nick graduated from Rushford-Peterson high school in 2002, and currently works for Woxland’s Plumbing and Heating. Danielle graduated from R-P high school in 2007 and attends Southeast Technical to receive a Medical Transcriptionist degree. Nick already had a son, Brennan, who is six years old now, when he and Danielle met. They now have Domanick, who is three, and Destiny, who is one. As a family they enjoy going to the park, taking walks, fishing, camping and being outdoors.

Brennan, the oldest, is in kindergarten and on the wrestling team. He enjoys riding his bike, playing video games, playing sports, and being outdoors. Brennan is excited about having a new bedroom, being closer to the “big” park, and helping to build the house.

Domanick, the middle child, is beginning preschool in the fall. He likes to ride his power wheel tractor, read books, pretend to sword fight on the Wii, and play outside. He is excited to start T-Ball this year. Domanick said he is excited to help paint his new bedroom when Nick and Danielle explained they were building a new house.

Destiny, the youngest, enjoys looking through books, playing with her dolls, and riding in her wagon. Destiny is happy and full of life.

Nick, Danielle, Brennan, Domanick and Destiny are anxious to start building their new house, meeting new people, and making new friends. They would like to thank everyone who participates in this wonderful, life-changing experience.
